Adelante Solutions has completed the FINAL DRAFT HQLI REPORT and has submitted the draft to the City of Austin for review. An executive summary of our findings and recommendations will be presented to the Austin City Council on June 18th at 2 pm. The City of Austin and Adelante Solutions would like to thank all of the forum and survey participants. In all, over 1,700 Hispanic/Latinos participated in the initial phase of the HQLI.
